As a bloggers, who are spent times and hours in front of computer, we should keep our mind and body soul in a fit condition. Being healthy is priceless, and then here are some simple tips to make your body healthier.

  • If you like to drink coffee in the morning, it will be better for you to drink a glass of water first before you consume coffee. A glass of water in the morning can minimize the negative fidgety-buzz that coffee gave to you.
  • Keep a steady supply of water at your desk and drink water before you feel exhausted. Water can refill your concentration.
  • Start your day by taking a walk in at least 20 minutes.
  • Being a blogger, you will spend hours in front of computer. However, you should take your time at least once every two hours away from computer. Take a step outside and stretch your body to make more relax.
  • To keep your body health, eat at least one meal every 2-3 hours on your blogging times.
  • Aside of simple exercise, you can start your day and work by doing Pilates or yoga. This exercise can help you more concentrate and focus.
