If I have an Associates degree in Travel and Tourism what degree should I go for to go up the corporate ladder?

I have over 12 years experience in different facets of the travel industry and I want to move up to management. Would going to get my BA help? Or does my experience equal the schooling? What kind of BA should I go for?
