However, there are several foods that you may find it onto your kitchen that also has same benefits with those supplement and vitamin. It is called as brain food.

You do not have to search anywhere, but look out to your garden and get fruits and vegetables that are good for your brain. One kind of fruit that is good for brain is blueberry. Fish is known as source of brain food. Salmon, tuna, herring, and macarel are fishes that good for your brain. Those fishes are rich with omega 3 fat that can improve the ability of brain. Consume omega 3 in first three months of pregnant will increase baby’s brain function. These fishes also can lower the volume of cholesterol, also the triglyceride in blood. Breakfast habits also good habit that can gain concentration and focus because it improves the function of your brain.
